They measure approximately 7” long and are hand finished, giving a quality, sturdy feel when picked up. To help promote longevity and durability, the knives are sealed with food-safe mineral oil and organic beeswax. They are easy to care for and a fresh take on today’s overuse of plastic. Just hand wash with mild soap and water and dry with a soft cloth.
